The little bit of time I spent with BF3 last night when I was able to get in the game was nothing short of incredible even though four out of the five games I played crashed. Not sure if that's a PB issue, server issue or something on my end. Regardless, Dice seems to have made one of the best fps mp games out there imo. However, EA has is hellbent on making sure BF3 is as big of a pain in the ass to play as possible. Battlelog, which is nothing more than EA's version of gaming facebook fluff can go suck cocks in hell as far as I'm concerned.

This is just the tip of the iceberg but when I finally got into a match the first thing I had to do was go hide behind a car so I could go to the options screen to bind keys & invert mouse look. You mean to tell me that I have every bullshit social option known to man staring at me in the face when I log on (into a social site, not an actual game mind you) but I can't configure anything game play wise until I'm in the game? Fuck you EA! Amazing. They have created a product that absolutely demands to be played & yet somehow it's almost as if they don't want you to actually play it.

I agree with you on most of it. The stats stuff is cool but you should be able to do all the server stuff and configuring from in game. I played a couple missions of the campaign and you still have to login to battlelog, it's a little screwed up.

NEw Dice/EA Issues/Suggestion tracking system...pretty cool.

You can see the top issues and if they have been acknowledged by them etc.

http://getsatisfaction.com/battlefield3

you can get to it through forums in battlelog as well.
